I work with adults who have a variety of musculoskeletal issues, and my clinical focusses are:
Pelvic health (male & female, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor pain)
Abdominal and core dysfunction (rectus diastasis, weakness, exercise prescription)
Pelvic girdle pain (pain in abdominal region, groin, hips, pubic symphysis, sacroiliac joint, low back)

Please wear or bring shorts. Choose a bra that does not cover the spine. It's helpful for me to see as much of your body as possible.

No, I do not direct bill to any insurance companies or MSP. You will receive your receipt via email and you can submit this to your insurance company.
No, I do not accept ICBC or WSBC claims at this time.
Preferably by credit card. JaneApp will prompt you to enter your credit card information and this is stored for future sessions. Alternatively, you can bring you credit card to the appointment. E-transfer and cash are also accepted. You will receive your receipt via email.

That’s okay. There is a washroom located inside the clinic that you can use before, after, or during your session.
No, you don't have to cancel. I look at the pelvic floor as a part of a whole person, so there are many other things we can do during the session.
That's okay. I deal with many complex cases. Because my sessions are longer, we will have plenty of time to discuss more than one issue.
